Dcryptor limit reached Evo One please reset

Question

2012 Audi A7. Trying to diagnose why the remote start doesn't work, I reprogrammed the key a couple times. Now it says Dcryptor limit for this vehicle has been reached, and the module flashes red and yellow and is unusable. Please reset the limit.
