2017 Tundra Cranks only

0 votes

Car: 2017 Toyota Tundra G Key

Using the T harness.

Module Serial: 002B169870

I can not manage to get the car started, all it does it cranks.  I have quadruple checked the wires and did a re-installation twice.

Firmwire is all flashed to the lastest version using the flashlink.

My troubleshoot:

I disconnected the TPMS/Sil Data plugs, tried starting the car, still cranks only.

Disconnected the light blue/black wire, tried remote start, still cranks, put the key next to the barrel, still only cranks as well.

I checked to see if there was an issue with the ignition wire, yellow wire is connected to the pink T harness and everything looks good there.

Still cranking.

Flashlink:

On the module, when I lock and unlock, I do indeed get a blue led light.

At this point, I am thinking the module is not syncing with my key, is this a module default or could it be that the T harness is defect or improperly pinned as I've heard stories of them being pinned incorrectly.

Thanks.

You have somehow flashed starter firmware into the bypass. (as seen here http://fortin.ca/en/support/002b02169870/)

I suggest re flashing the module with 79.42, performing a master reset, then re programming the module in the vehicle and re test.

Master reset procedure can be found here: http://wirecolor.com/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all?show=50193#q50193
