EVOALL installed with Autostart. Units function as required. However after using the RS the factory fobs stop working. They are able to be reprogrammed

Forgot to write down the service number.... Was programmed with 2 keys.
When you can please submit the service number so i can take a look inside the module to see how it is configured.

If you start the vehicle normally with the key do the factory fobs still work?
I would have to recall the car to get the number. The options are all set as per defaults. With the exception of the unlock to disarm. The factory fobs did not function while the vehicle was running.
Their is no oem remote monitoring on this vehicle. So if the fobs do not work when the vehicle is started normally with a key, then they are not going to work when its remote started as well. This is normal operation of the unit.
That's not the issue tho. The factory remotes completely stop functioning no matter what the car state is. They have to be reprogrammed with the factory programming method to be reconized again to function at all
Oh sorry my mis understanding.

I have personally never heard of this...If you unplug the evo do the fobs keep their programming?
They do. They also both worked for years before the EVO install.
One thing you could try is, disconnect the evo, reprogram OEM remotes so that they work.  Master reset the evo,  Try programming in vehicle with the CAN connector unplugged (white 5 pin connector) so that we only program the immobilizer, so if your doing the 2 key programming skip over steps 1-6 (can programming) and go straight into the Transponder programming at step 7.

If you're doing the dcryptor, start at step 8.

Just to see if it's the can connections causing your issue, if this works, you will have to hardwire everything else like doorlocks, tach, brake and everything else that you need that used to be provided by the evo through the can connections.

But the most important thing right now is that if the client is already using an aftermarket remote starter remote controls the oem keyfobs not working at the moment should not be an issue,  just use the Autostart remotes.
