EVO ALL and XL202

Question

I purchased an EVO ALL with the jeep T-harness and an XL202 RF extender. I can't find anything that tells me step by step setting it up. I have found videos about the XL202 but with a different EVO. I can't seem to get it to work, the XL202 is seeing the remotes (avital) but the EVO ALL doesnt Help please
