2019 outback key programming

trying to get key info from vehicle. evo one flashes red and blue five times, start vehicle, red light flashes and stop there. no blue light flashes. when key is turned off red and yellow will start to flash. need help

Blue led is CAN-BUS. No flash = check can-bus first.
