EVO-START not sending confirmation back once started

0 votes
Just fisnished installing an EVO-START connected to a previously installed EVO-ONE on a 2013 Kia Soul (regular Key). The car also has an RFKIT (RF642W) installed. The RF642 works as epected and confirms start. The EVO-START sends the start signal but never receives a confirmation although the vehicle starts correctly.  Was hoping you had some guidance.

What phone are you using. When installing the app you have a popup asking if you authorize the app to send push notifications, if you answer NO, you will not get a confirmation...
I've tried both apps with the same result.
It's an iPhone and notifications are on.  The app reports that the signal is sent but cannot confirm the action. The START button on the APP turns Green wiht slashes (like a green barber pole) indicating it has not received confirmation.
The app + EVO Start began wokring correctly about 5 days ago.  Nothing done to the device or the car installation.
Hi I have the same issue.. it starts but I don't get a response so no running time either.  Even if I try to lock or unlock it tells me it can't confirm. It has responded the odd time so I am still trying to figure this out. It's on a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter.
thanks
