eve-all external trigger hard wire

is there a wire on the evo-all that can be used to activate an external trigger input on a stand alone starter after 3x lock of oem remote?

Yes, in sand alone (d1) the yellow/black wire on the 20 pin connector is an (-) external trigger.

Thank you, but what i am trying to do is trigger an external starter. these are installed in a 2011 jetta standard key with a manual transmission. the remote starter is a single pulse to start but i am trying to use the evo-all to recognize the 3x lock to send an output to the separate starter to trigger its external trigger. the starter does not support two way data so its hardwired to the evo-all

That is not possible as such a feature does not exist with evo-all.
