I have a 2016 Dodge Dart. I got it programmed according to the instructions.  Dycripted it and programed the module and it says all good.  I plugged it back into the vehicle.  When I push the lock button on factory remote 3 x the blue light flashes each time but nothing else happens. No other lights or anything.

D2 may be required if the the vehicle is equipped with a factory alarm.
I Appreciate the help.  I made the changes but it still does the same thing. Blue light blinks with each push of the lock button but after three pushes, nothing happens.  No lights, no noises, nothing.  Any other ideas?

No factory alarm.
Are doing doing 3xlock or Lock-unlock-lock ?

Your unit is setup for Lock-Unlock-Lock and not 3xLock.  (option D1.1)
That was it. Thank You. I have another Fortin remote start on my dodge mini van and its 3 x lock button. I aassumed it was the same.

Another question: Can it be programmed for the door(s) to stay unlocked when it starts and not end up locked? And... can it be programmed for 3x lock button to match my other vehicle?

The default is 3xlock. No remote starter should be programmed to leave the doors unlocked.

Someone changed the option for it be lock-unlock-lock.

Simply turn OFF option D1.1
