I need wire colors and location for two of the wires on my 2016 RAM 2500 Gas.

I have a 2016 RAM 2500 that I'm trying to install the EVO in. 3 of the five connections I have located and wire colors match but the pink/black wire coming out of the EVO is supposed to be connected to a wire on the firewall connector and I do not see a wire with the purple/mauve colors described and the only large connector I see on the firewall has far more than the 24 pins that the install manual has listed.

The other connection is the connection that is supposed to go to the electric brake module that is supposed to be near the start button (in my situation, the key switch since I don't have a start button) connecting the yellow wire from the EVO to the pink/light green wire but I don't see any connectors that fit that description anywhere near the key switch assembly. I do have the factory brake controller on this truck but it's nowhere near the key switch and it might be difficult to get to the back of it if that is the connector that is being referenced. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

The Pink/Black wire goes to the door pin wire which can be found at the BCM (body control module) near the firewall of the vehicle, this is a large module with multiple connectors going into it.

As for the ignition wire, the yellow wire of the evo need to go to a ignition wire (12v positive ONLY at the ON/Run position and SHOULD NOT drop out during crank. Location is not important as long as the wire reacts exactly as decribed.

Also if your vehicle has an OEM alarm system, please enable option D2 in the evo-all options tab

Thank you.
