Evo One master reset

How do I master reset my ax one. The box was somewhat DOA and after like 10 flashes it at least started to respond where the park light will flash and the valet button would actually affect it when in the ign. I have a feeling the module is jacked up so I want to master reset everything.

I just want to confirm that you have a Flashlink-2 Updater before doing a Master Reset,

 

There are 2 parts to the Ax-one to reset, the remote starter side, and the bypass side

 

For the remote starter, get into programming mode using the valet switch, then select mode 23, push the brake pedal, then push and hold the valet switch.

For the bypass side, push and hold the programming button before plugging in the main power, release on red, then push and hold the button again until all 3 leds flash in a sequence.

 

You will need to set all options on both sides after resetting.
