INSTALLED AN ULTRA START AND EVO RIDE INTO A 2010 VERA CRUZ AND THE CUSTOMER SAYS WHEN HE REMOTE STARTS IT, THE HEADLAMPS COME ON IN HIS NEIGHBORS 2012 DODGE JOURNEY. :)

SUGGESTIONS WELCOME.

4 things,

1st. The Vera Cruz is not covered by the Evo Ride bypass as a compatible solution,

2nd, If you did successfully install an Evo Ride in that vehicle and it starts, the Evo Ride is strictly a transponder bypass, it does not transmit anything by RF frequencies, (affecting the neighbor's car)

3rd. If it was an Evo ALL you had installed instead, the  the same reason above applies.

4th. The biggest possibility is that the Ultrastart you installed is on the same frequency as the neighbor's car.

SORRY, YES IT WAS AN EVO ALL THAT WAS INSTALLED, NOT THE EVO RIDE.  I WILL EXPLORE THE OPTIONS WITH THE ULTRA START FOR CHANGING THE FREQUENCY.

  THANKS,
