When I bought this device the description started only about 6 wires would have to spliced in. The instructions I can find are kinda undetailed. I would like instructions that start like this: step 1 do this and this step 2 etc.... Is there anything like thus out there or any installation videos I could watch. Thanks

Hi Benjamin,

There is no step by step installation guides. The connections you see on page 6/16 are what we did at the time of tests.

The lock - unlock and driver pin wires are probably the ones giving you a hard time to reach. You can normaly also find those in the harness coming from the driver door. You would need to follow that harness and see where it goes if you do not want to connect where written in the install guide.

As always, we do recommend getting these systems installed by a professional.

Ok well this might be a dumb question but only due to my inexperience with remote starts. Since this is a "stand-alone" device is a separate remote starter required for this to work. Or does this device run as the bypass and remote start?
On this vehicle you can use the Stand alone remote starter option which would let you remote start the car from pressing 3x lock on the factory remote. No extra remote starter required.

Keep in mind that the Stand Alone option would need to be turned on for this to be able to work.
